The Women's Football Federation of India is constituted as a non-profit apex national sporting body. The federation operates strictly in adherence to democratic electoral procedures, financial transparency, gender non-discrimination, and the National Sports Development Code.
All affiliated State Associations, District Football Bodies, registered referees, coaches, and clubs are legally bound by the statutes, procedural rules, and disciplinary codes published herein.
