CONSTITUTIONAL COMPOSITION
The General Body comprises two accredited delegates (one male, one female where applicable, with at least 50% gender representation mandated across the council) from each of the 28 recognised State Associations.
The General Body convenes annually for the Statutory Annual General Meeting (AGM) and quadrennially for Electoral Sessions conducted under independent judicial oversight.
Statutory Sovereignty
Only the General Body holds the constitutional authority to amend statutes, admit new state members, or approve long-term capital investments.
Budgetary Ratification
Reviews and votes on the annual audited accounts, government grant allocations, and developmental subsidies disbursed to state bodies.
Democratic Franchise
Elects the Executive Committee via secret ballot in compliance with the National Sports Code model election guidelines.
