The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee functions as an autonomous quasi-judicial board headed by a retired High Court Justice or Senior Advocate. It investigates all complaints regarding athlete misconduct, safeguarding breaches, and administrative irregularities.
Zero Tolerance Safeguarding
Immediate interim suspension and statutory police reporting for any documented harassment, discrimination, or abuse against female players or personnel.
Anti-Doping & Integrity Oversight
Mandatory cooperation with NADA testing officers. Strict enforcement of WADA prohibited substance bans and athlete therapeutic use exemption (TUE) tracking.
Natural Justice & Due Process
Guaranteed right to fair legal representation, timely hearing schedules, and right of appeal before the Independent National Sports Tribunal.
